How do I Uninstall JustCloud?

We're sorry to see you go... follow the steps below to uninstall

Uninstalling the Desktop App on Windows

Windows XP

  1. Exit JustCloud by right-clicking on the system tray icon
  2. Click on the 'Start' Menu and select 'Control Panel'
  3. Click on 'Add/Remove Programs'
  4. Select JustCloud from the list of programs and click 'Uninstall'.

Windows Vista / Windows 7

  1. Exit JustCloud by right-clicking on the system tray icon
  2. Click on the 'Start Menu' and select 'Control Panel'
  3. Click on 'Programs and Features' then choose JustCloud
  4. Click 'Uninstall/Change'

Windows 8

  1. Exit JustCloud by right-clicking on the system tray icon
  2. Right-click at the screens bottom-left corner when in the 'Metro' screen (where applications are displayed in tile view)
  3. From the menu, select 'Programs and Features'
  4. Select JustCloud from the list of programs and click 'Uninstall'

  1. Quit the JustCloud application
  2. Drag & Drop the JustCloud application to the trash
